Here's what happened.  The city found that "there was little to be gained by litigating the role of an attorney advocating for a client in a discrimination case – time and resources would be better spent looking at the actions of a shelter that receives public funds."  The discrimination lawsuit is still pending.

This story broke over a week ago. How is this news now?

Now the City needs to drop their lawsuit against the Shelter. Men do not belong in a Women’s Shelter that specializes in taking care of battered/raped/abused women by Men.  Politadick
