October 2 at 7:21 AM  Fairbanks Daily News Miner  Four dead in vehicle collision on Parks Highway south of Cantwell  Updated 6:15 a.m.: Four people died in a multi-vehicle accident Monday at 185 Mile Parks Highway, according to Alaska State Troopers.  The accident occurred about 3 p.m. Monday, and blocked the highway for several hours. Troopers say the driver of a 2017 Dodge van passed a commercial vehicle in a no-passing zone and collided with a 2007 Ford 150 truck in the oncoming lane. The driver of the van and a passenger were killed and three other occupants received critical injuries. Two of those men died en route to an Anchorage hospital, where they were being airlifted.

He posted, "On October 4, Alaskans will receive their 2018 Permanent Fund Dividend. This year each eligible Alaskan will receive $1,600, which was set by the legislature and Governor. For the third year in a row, the statutory formula has not been followed. In September, I released a PFD calculator that details how much each Alaskan should have received under state law, which should have been $2,982. For the first time in the history, the legislature and the Governor are using the Earnings Reserve to pay for government."

I thought giving an Illegal Alien $50,000 dollars of Palmer Alaska’s money was bad and disgraceful. Taking a case trying to force a women’s shelter to take in a Man, that specializes in housing Abused Women was disgraceful.

But now they prove that the constitution isn’t something they believe in. Innocent Until “Proven Guilty” is clearly something they have forgotten.

They were suppose to be fighting for our freedoms written in the constitution. Not a political leftist long arm that ignores them.

I’m going to add one more to this. Any Alaskan business that has in their advertising or company information that says they support the ACLU in doing this has lost my business forever.

Out of that number, 251 were not in compliance. And, in that group, 75 are marked as 'Unknown,' meaning the Department of Public Safety is not sure where the offender lives.

This tech can literally make it rain  While Southeast Alaska has certainly been drier and warmer than normal, other areas of the world are in desperate need of water.  Don’t call them the weather gods, but one North Dakota company hopes to help areas affected by drought by actually making it rain.


Way Cool! Alyeska would probably pay for that. Especially to get the season rolling in the bad years.

Down side. Who knows what the chemicals they are using is going to do to the water supply we drink, fish live in and the long term effect it will have on the environment.

Like I said before, one of the most serious that we’ve seen in recent history."

I hope these two get the maximum for everything! Every Hunter in Alaska should be up in arms over this.

Alaska Lawmakers also needs to address this law with a min and maximum penalty that covers the cost if they get jail time and for waisting meat like that. If they were to go to jail for the maximum it would never cover the costs to keep them in jail.  Politadick
