They should pass a law that requires all High School student to go through a course on Gun Safety.
Learning about different makes and models. Required to learn how to field strip and clean and safely fire the weapons.
Then when they graduate from school. They get a Diploma they get handed a gun permit for passing the class for graduation.

Borough Manager Sponsors Resolution RS 18-041 Supporting Harm to Alaskan Industry
The Borough Manager is attempting to sneak a resolution through on the consent agenda to support an environmental group called "Stand For Salmon's” work to destroy Alaskan Industry through increased regulations.
Please call and/or email the Borough Manager and your Assembly person and inform them to pull RS 18-041 and reject it. The Assembly contact information is below. If you don’t know who your Assembly person is, please call the Borough’s information number below and they can help. I have already written each of the Assembly, the Mayor, and Manager.

The impact of the Manager’s resolution will support HB199’s harsh permitting and do the following:
Increase restrictions on nearly all development, especially the oil industry
Increase the ability of groups inside or outside of alaska to bring litigation against Alaskan Industry
Increase project timespan and costs for Alaskan industry via permitting
Drastically increase the cost and decrease the ability to build ice roads in Alaska
Supports riparian regulations (government regulation of shoreline) - this effort has already been stopped once in the Mat-Su Borough.
