PFD POMV Change discussion.... 
It should be keep at what it has been at since the beginning.

They know in Juneau, that by raising the budget up each year would guarantee they will take from the PFD ERA.

Now they are waiting for May 10, 2018 to pass to permanently change the POMV TO 75% to government and 25% to Alaskans in the Form Of the PFD.

BY WAITING LIKE THEY ARE WILL TAKE “ALL ABILITY” of Alaskans to “Change” it Back will be gone till 2020.

This is what ACLU made sure will happen over and over again in Alaska.....
