200 Bills have passed the House this year. 190 raised the Budget up and added tons of new regulations and taxes..... 5 actually did some good. The other five have been a waste of time patting people on the backs for not raising the Budget, but do nothing, like this Bill will do here...

Their goals..., Grow Government, Grow the Budget before people realize the gains we made On oil returns could prevent us from using the ERA to fund our Bloated, Feel Good Budget.
