Senators Kelly, Coghill, Giessel and Steadman want to make sure for years to come that our Mineral Rights are theirs to spend.

Supposedly Senator Showers was given wrong information about what the bill was about and wishes he could change his vote. Being his first week when this happen, I will give him this one..... But know, he knows we are all watching how he votes on the bills coming forward this year....
Senator David Wilson now says he would be a yes vote.... Yet I know for a fact he knew what the people he represents wanted and still he was a No vote when the time came. Where does he really stand?

It appears HJR 23 will be heard in Finance on Monday. Would ask you to look at the resolution before celebrating. In the resolution, see link below, it incorporates a POMV, which is not the original calculation. Don’t let people settle for mediocrity. This is a bad thing. They are taking public testimony, so we need to energize the base to oppose this HJR23.
