58 felony charges, 19 guns and 25 stolen cars recovered in Operation
Midnight Sun More than 100 local, state and federal law enforcement
officers joined forces in a multi-agency effort to suppress crime in
Anchorage, part of an operation aptly named for the season.
More than a half pound of heroin, 140 grams of methamphetamine, and 30
grams of psilocybin mushrooms were seized, as well as 19 guns, several
of which had been reported stolen.
To bad SB91/54 will have almost every one of them back out on the
streets in record time.
At least we know Alaska’s Best know how to do their jobs. Maybe one day
they will have laws that will make what they do, worth the effort.
