Dunleavey wants deeper cuts they say, at this point, if Dunleavey became
governor he could cut $500 Million from the budget and simply put
us roughly back at last years numbers. Cuts?? What cuts?
Walker's campaign manager says Walker doesn't want to get into a
battle with Begich about who's the better Democrat. Wait, what? Did
you catch that - not even attempting to hide the fact about where
Walker's allegiances to party and ideology lie. Not even
independent, simply, Democrat.
Ignored the "formula" in state "law". But hey! The courts said
Walker had the authority. Look no further my friends if you want to
understand the level of corruption, lawlessness and arrogance in
Juneau. Ignored the law means broke it - we've just made it sound
better by softening the language. Walker and many legislators in
Juneau have been teaming up for 3 years to "ignore" the law and
simply take what they want from the PFD.
I wish we had a major paper with unbiased and objective reporting
left in Alaska.
