relating to marriage, adoption, birth certificates, state custody of a
minor, divorce, dissolution, and legal separation; replacing the terms
'husband' and 'wife' in certain statutes relating to loans, trusts,
spousal immunity and confidential marital communications, probate and
nonprobate transfers, life and health insurance, workers' compensation,
and property ownership; and making conforming amendments.

Dear American and Alaskan Citizens,
These Democrats do not care about the 320,000,000 Million Of us that are US Citizens. They know full well that the budget cannot be passed without 60 votes in the Senate.
They make claims that Republicans are the reason this is happening because the Have majority in the House and Senate. Without 9 votes from Democrats in the Senate the budget will never be passed. They know this yet claim that Republicans are the sole reason nothing has been passed yet.
They think that 800,000 Illegal Immigrants are more important then the 320,000,000 Million Of us and are willing to jeopardize all of our futures because of this.

What is happening here can be directly applied to Alaska Government. The big difference is, The Senate here are looking out for the futures of the Majority Of Alaskans and not the Minority that “He Who Shall Not Be Named” and his Gang Of Thieves are catering to.
“He Who Shall Not Be Named” shut down Alaska’s government last year and sent out the pink slips. This could have been easily avoided and there was not a single reason this had to happen, other then for Political reasons and manipulation.
“He Who Shall Not Be Named” bears the responsibility for it directly on his shoulders. They could have easily passed an extension of funding and never should of had to send out Pink Slips. Obama used this same corrupted ploy in 2013.
You will see that
if the budget does not pass today to fund the USA. Nobody will
receive pink slips as what happen with Obama and “He Who Shall Not
Be Named” did. As I said they did that for political reasons only

Yesterday, I awoke to the news that Rep. Chris Tuck and other members of the House Ethics Committee would like me to resign for somehow leaking information about a case.
According to the news, the leaking occurred in April. However, as a new member to the committee, I did not even receive access to confidential information until August. If a leak occurred, it could not have come from me.
Rep. Tuck knows this because I told him personally.
This latest stunt is nothing more than an attempt by Democrats to use their friends in the media to turn attention away from the real issue of sexual harassment in the Alaska Legislature.
Rep. Tuck, as the senior member of the House Ethics Committee, you should immediately resign and an independent investigation should be conducted of the role you played in the handling of sexual harassment allegations brought to you and other members of House Leadership last year.
An independent investigation should be undertaken immediately to determine, among other items:
When a legislative employee brought forward an allegation of criminal behavior on the part of a sitting legislator to Rep. Chris Tuck, why was this information not immediately turned over to law enforcement authorities?
Did Rep. Chris Tuck in fact coach the victim in writing the criminal complaint itself, including a request that the matter be kept private so as not to embarrass anyone?
After the allegation was made and the legislator had been counseled not to commit any more crimes, why was the victim shut out of the process and left in fear, until she left her job in the legislature, and even after that time?
Certainly, at a minimum, Rep. Tuck should have recognized that criminal behavior such as the behavior spelled out in the complaint, needed to be brought to the immediate attention of law enforcement. That did not take place.
Alaska’s Corruption is real and the same names keep coming up over and over again as they try to bury what the didn’t and did do.

My belief is the constitutional definition of marriage has not changed. I want people to have the ability to continue to call each other husband or wife even in statue. The institution of marriage has been around for thousands of years. The small minority that want to neuter the marriage definition should not be allowed to strong-arm us into their politically biased belief system. The sacred unity of husband and wife is a longstanding international and tradition that should be cherished!

Looks like a long term Budget will not happen tonight 
Clearly what I wrote back in November is 100% accurate for my guesses of what was happening. Inside is a little easier to understand but doesn’t provide the proof of how it happen.
Sad to think that the pattern I noticed last year was right. I was really hoping to have been wrong and had to admit that instead of finding out I was right about it all in the end.
I will be writing up another one, full of future predictions of what this next fiscal year might bring here real soon.
