The first part of the meeting was mostly focused on the escalation of crime in the area. Little did anyone know there was a holdup and shooting going on in the Muldoon Fred Meyers just across the street during the meeting!

It was apparent that a substantial amount of the citizens were concerned with the inability of the legislature to address the issue of crime to any meaningful extent. Gabby quoted John Kerry in his famous statement that she was for SB 91 before she was against it. This seems to be a political talking point these days shared by many.

Once the topic evolved into the budget, Gabby took the microphone and started making statements that the budget had been cut drastically to 40% and that she was a defender of the PFD.

First, it is generally known that over the last few years the legislature has made very few reductions in government. In fact, the operating budget and the overall budget has been increasing not decreasing. To make statements to the public that there has been a reduction of 40% is completely ridiculous. So why would Gabby do this fully knowing this was a lie? Well, along with her cohort Representative Paul Seaton, she helped craft and promote a statewide income tax. We would suggest she perpetuates the 40% reduction lie in order to promote her income tax discussions.

As per her statement that she is a defender of the PFD, here is where a bit of political gamesmanship comes into play. You see, the House did send to the Senate a proposal to restore the PFD. It was cleverly attached to an income tax bill. Ray Charles could see this package was going nowhere, but it gave politicians, like Gabby, cover so they can go out to the public and pronounce that they attempted to save the PFD. In reality, she voted to cap the PFD and no spin is going to change this fact.

So, lets be clear, the state budget has been reduced approximately 3% over the last 3 years, Gabby LeDoux voted to cap the PFD and she strongly promoted an income tax to be placed on the backs of the wage earners of Alaska.

We here at Drain the Swamp of Alaska are dedicated to informing the larger public when representatives of government are not truthful in their public statements. In this case, Representative LeDoux outright lied on multiple occasions. This is part of the representation you have which is directing the current House of Representatives in Juneau. We deserve better.

They take readings from two places. The Butte and Palmer. Butte’s readings this last year was what stirred this pot again and we could be facing the same problems as Fairbanks is, if the DEC & EPA get their way.

They want to tell, We the People of Alaska who live here, how we are suppose to live in our Great State Of Alaska

Because of what the EPA & DEC are trying to do, wood burning could cost you a $500.00 fine like FBX (Fairbanks) is facing, just because the sniffer they bring out says your wood is putting out to much smoke.

I will update this later with more information. Need to sleep on it. Lists of details inside this that need to come out and will be making shorter videos of the key parts to watch.
