Rep. LeDoux in a press release again did not address the issue of a
third party investigation into the sexual harassment complaint filed in
March or the punishment
that will be placed on those in the Democrat led House Leadership that
hid it in a drawer. Please call Rep. LeDoux and let her know that you
also believe a third party investigation is necessary and all parties
should be punished for their part in ignoring the complaint and causing

Representative Cathy Tilton Town Hall Eagle River
Was LIVE‼️ LIVE‼️ LIVE‼️ Was a Live Town Hall in Eagle River here is your chance to attend it in case you couldn't be there‼️ Here is what I asked and a few others and the answers we received. Then watch the Video and hear what others had to say. Politadick · 14:25 If you have any questions: please take the time and asked them here. These people are here to help ALL Alaskans. They are the few of the good ones‼️ Cyndi Ramos · 17:07 The People want a vote on the LNG gasline...I say NO! Politadick · 18:04 What steps are you taking to prevent all the special sessions that happen last year, from happening again this year? Cathy Tilton · 22:57 Also, the Governor called the last special session Cathy Tilton · 22:57 When you’re in the Minority, you don’t have much say Cyndi Ramos · 22:44 Walker needs to be reeled in! He is robbing Alaska and it's people blind for his frivolous wants. Pipeline, climate change legislation and expensive board, hiring people for his own use using the people's money. Vote Dunleavy 2018 Politadick · 27:24 Another posting was out today that Governor “He Who Shall Not Be Named” has China saying that he is to take full control of the PFD reserves for use on the LNG. Is this true? Politadick · 35:45 HB0173B is designed to funnel Millions if not Billions of our taxes to help the Minority of Alaskans. Why is this being allowed to happen? That money can clearly be used for better uses then for less than 10% of the population. Charisse Millett · 36:01 Great townhall Cyndi Ramos · 38:23 Don't let walker touch that permenant fund for his pipedream! Politadick · 40:52 Why are judges not require to publicly campaign for their jobs? Judge White recently let a Killer back out and clearly with all the facts known about this repeat offender, he never should have been set free. The only time I hear about them is when you show up at the voting booth and see their names to vote on. Politadick · 45:19 Is there anything that is being put into place to rehabilitate those behind bars? I hear all these token programs that never do anything because of the lack of funding, but have no problem supplying money for their free needles And hand them free healthcare when released. Cathy Tilton · 47:15 The new pretrial rehabilitative services started Jan. 1 Politadick · 54:03 Can you please later provide me a link to what those rehabilitation programs are and what they have provided for funding. Thank You. Rep. Cathy Tilton · 1:03:22 http://www.correct.state.ak.us/pretrial
Pretrial | Alaska Department of Corrections Cyndi Ramos · 56:44 The only thing I've only heard is AA/NA in jails. Coons Mike · 47:24 Saw on news oil in pipeline up in the 100,000 barrel range. That with oil this week at $61 a barrel. How is this impacting the CBR and income revenue to the State government? Politadick · 59:19 What is being done to make sure that any new taxes to happen will be be only allowed through a public vote. Clearly if left the way it is, we Alaskans are not truly being represented by this and past administrations. Anchorage assembly added the gas tax without our consent, what is to stop all of the other city’s in Alaska from doing the same thing in their areas? Politadick · 1:05:44 Many areas of our government have triple layers of management. Is there anything being discussed and to be implemented in 2018 to streamline this to one layer and is their talks of moving more of government services into the private sector where pensions are not as big as the pay they receive on a yearly bases? Billion dollars a year is being used trying to pay the short fall they have made because of there size... Rep. Cathy Tilton · 1:09:07 The issue the Legislature has when appropriating money is that we are far enough removed from the day to day operations of government that is difficult for us to know where those inefficiencies reside. Rep. Cathy Tilton · 1:10:10 For instance, if we want to privatize some function of a department (laundry services for Pioneer Homes as an example), it is ultimately up to the controlling department to determine the viability of that change. Politadick · 1:12:43 Don’t they have anybody that it is their job to know what each department is spending it on? Rep. Cathy Tilton · 1:17:39 That's not what I meant. Unless they volunteer information or we know how to ask the right questions, the detailed budget reports often don't tell the whole story. Rep. Cathy Tilton · 1:18:47 During this last budget cycle, the department would have their budget analysts huddled in the Speaker's office with staff from the Finance co-chair's offices writing the script for the House Majority in order to try and refute any budget reduction amendments. Politadick · 1:19:38 Can there be a panel built that soul function is to get those details from every department that has no skin in the game to save waist? Rep. Cathy Tilton · 1:23:32 The challenge we are confronted with is one by constitutional design, which is the separation of powers doctrine. There is an intentional tension between the Administration and the Legislature. Politadick · 1:24:08 I have a pretty clear picture now why Alaska’s Budget is out of control. You Who we elected into office have no real control over how the money is spent. You only get to say ya or nay. Rep. Cathy Tilton · 1:26:24 Well, there is some truth to that. When you base dozens of reductions based on the previous year's actuals (what money was actually spent versus the money that was appropriated), only to be told "actuals aren't actuals", it becomes pretty challenging to construct amendments. Rep. Cathy Tilton · 1:26:45 This is really a function of this Governor and House Majority. Politadick · 1:35:46 So the few like you in the house are trying to change what we have discussed. But the majority want nothing to do with it and that is why nothing changes. Then the Senate gets what they build and make changes to it. In other words, if it wasn’t for the Senate Alaska would be in a worse position then it is now because they are the minority with the final approval and have enough in it trying to keep the worse of the damages under control until there is a regime change in November Coons Mike · 1:27:07 Why it is called the criminal justice system but "justice system" or citizens justice system! Joe Schlanger · 1:27:38 I agree Cathy Tilton. The administration isn’t listening to the people. Judges aren’t giving out the stiffest sentences. Now with no bail for the smaller crimes like vehicle theft. Time to go after the real culprit the administration, DOC and DOJ. Cyndi Ramos · 1:31:39 look at the daily court dockets...many of the same people, over and over again... Cyndi Ramos · 1:33:46 http://courts.alaska.gov/index.htm Cyndi Ramos · 1:34:59 website for crime lab? Rep. Cathy Tilton · 1:36:08 https://dps.alaska.gov/Comm/CrimeLab/Home
Alaska Department of Public Safety - Home Joe Schlanger · 1:42:49 Time to come up with a solution and the administration just wants to say its drug addiction only issue. But the fact is they aren’t being issued treatment when they do crimes like car theft. Time to see how many criminals are being released into the public who are repeat offenders. Sb 54 hasn’t fixed recidivism. Cyndi Ramos · 1:49:12 Didn't Brown rescind the 3 strike law? Rep. Cathy Tilton · 1:49:42 http://www.courts.ca.gov/20142.htm Coons Mike · 1:49:52 Texas has use of force to protect private property. Joe Schlanger · 1:43:28 Great job Rep. Lora Reinbold and Cathy Tilton Cyndi Ramos · 1:43:58 Yes, GREAT job! Politadick · 1:45:11 Does the 50/50 split only apply to ANWR? All other areas remain at 90/10? Rep. Cathy Tilton · 1:46:24 my understanding is that it applies only to ANWR. Politadick · 1:48:19 Also what financial impact will this have when 20 years have passed on Alaska’s share of the revenue used to fund our budget and most oil production is in ANWR? Politadick · 1:49:55 Does ANWR also contribute to the PFD appropriation? Cyndi Ramos · 1:50:47 Will Pebble royalties be put in the Fund? Rep. Cathy Tilton · 1:51:24 Pebble has to happen first! Joe Schlanger · 1:51:18 Time for citizens to feel safer. The law is on the criminals side. Cyndi Ramos · 1:52:25 I see Pebble happening.. Cyndi Ramos · 1:53:23 Thank you ALL. |

“Hughes News” flash: USDA Deputy Secretary Censky reported at conference
I’m attending that the Trump administration is including broadband
infrastructure in rural
areas as part of its push for infrastructure in the USA. (I received a
travel scholarship to attend rural & ag conference in Kansas City - no
state dollars.) I don’t mind spending my 60th birthday learning all I
can here for the sake of my fellow Alaskans! Visited a Mars pet care
plant (dental chews, pill pockets), regional Federal Reserve Bank (they
shred $5 million in torn, marked, soiled bills per day!) and a
fascinating Veterans Community Project founded by Veterans for Veterans
that receives no government monies and is extremely effective. Just
finished natural gas session and looking forward to rural education and
hemp sessions this afternoon. And on a personal note, thrilled and
blessed my son took off time from Little Rock AFB to drive over with his
family to see us - had great fun with grandsons checking out tractors
and logging trucks at conference event last night!) Happy Birthday Senator Shelly Hughes and thank you for all of your hard work you are doing for the people of Alaska Sad to see so many misinformed people responding to your news here. Clearly they have no clue who you are and what you stand for. From what you are attending down there. It looks like you will be coming back armed to tackle many of the issues Alaska has and will be loaded for Bear Politadick

Walker crashed our State and it’s sinking .... patch the hole... vote Walker OUT! First picture is exactly what his intentions are in 2018 and has already expressed to the Gang of lawmaking Thieves to find a way to leverage the PFD Reserves for the use on building his “LNG Pipeline to Nowhere” Video: “He Who Shall Not Be Named” is the soul reason those pink slips were issued in the first place and all responsibility for it, is 100% his fault it happen. Yet he blames the few lawmakers that did what the Majority Of Alaskans have asked them to do and not what he wanted. He is the only one who has the ability to call a special session and it was always to impose new taxes on all Alaskans. Stand strong the Valley 9 and a few others this next budget cycle. We are doing everything we can to make sure he will not be around after November 8, 2018. Politadick |
