You know the 44% decrease our Governor claimed, that was only 3% reported a few months ago.  it was Achieved by not paying the full PFD Dividend and Oil Credits.

But Now with all the new budget totals that have come out. You know the $9 billion dollar budget that was approved last year that is now $10.6 Billion. 18% increase.
