I’m sure that AGDC of Alaska is not liking this news here, as this will take the prices for LNG to even lower levels then they are currently at.

The last time they came out with the cost of building the Gasline, estimates put it between $40-$100 Billion dollars and would not see a profit at the current market prices for nearly 100 years into the future..... Let that sink in for a moment.  Politadick
December 7 at 10:42 AM  Alaska Public Media  After misdiagnosis and amputation, Anchorage woman wins $21M  Staff at Alaska Native Medical Center in 2011 thought the woman had shingles, when she actually had a worsening skin infection and was in the early stages of sepsis. They sent her home, but several days later, Mardi Strong returned near death, suffering septic shock. Ultimately, doctors were forced.... Mardi Strong was a construction worker, had recently finished school for a CAD cert and was on the way to becoming an engineer.  But a misdiagnosis led to the amputation of her arms and legs. She recently won $21.1 million. 

Wow.... Horrific what happen to her, but why is the Federal Government paying the settlement and not the Hospital that caused it to happen?

Alaska Legislature House Seat District 13 Vacancy and Appointment Consideration

Request for applications form qualified Republicans to fill the vacancy for consideration by the Alaska Republican Party District 13 Chugiak and District 14 Eagle River

Nancy Dahlstrom is the representative-elect for House District 13, Chugiak.

Representative Elect Dahlstrom has resigned in order to serve the Department of Corrections (DOC).

Gov. Dunleavy will need to fill that House seat by appointment.

Application must be received by the District 13 & 14 committee by 5:00 pm on Monday, December 10, 2018. The District 13 & 14 committee, with the assistance of ARP Headquarters. if necessary, shall verify that each applicant meets the residency requirements at the time of the prior incumbent filing and has been a Republican continuously after the filing deadline for the election to this term of office. Applications of all qualified individuals shall be distributed to the entire District 13 & 14 committee by 6:00pm on the day before the meeting. All applicants shall be considered equally in the selection process.

As District Chairman, I am asking residents of District 13, Chugiak, who are registered Republican voters and who are interested in being considered for this House seat appointment by the Governor to please send me an email expressing your interest to be considered.
