new satellite images Satellite images shot Sunday and
exclusively obtained by Fox News show a newly deployed Russian S-400
surface-to-air missile battery in the Dzhankoy airbase in Crimea, almost

Anchorage schools closed all week after earthquake damage
Anchorage Schools will be closed all week in the aftermath of the 7.0
earthquake that struck Southcentral Alaska on Friday. All after-school
activities are canceled as well. The District will provide an
update again at 3:30 p.m. If you need to retrieve important items
from schools, ASD says to call your school's principal to coordinate
getting inside. What a Friday that turned out to be.... Politadick |

Congressman Jerry Nadler said
Sunday that the revelations from President Trump’s former personal
attorney are proof that Russia had “leverage” over Trump during the 2016
presidential campaign. Just a big bunch of BS that just takes up time to say it’s all just a bunch of BS. Politadick |

We hope everyone is safe and recovering from the Mule Creek Earthquake
and aftershocks. Some photos of the walk path down the hill. A
significant part of the hill
has slumped off and partially blocked the slough. No impact to the
launch area but we will need to do some analysis going forward. Check on
your friends, neighbors and family, times like this are when America is
at its best. Climate Change! You have to love it! Politadick |

Trump's Vindicated On China Policy - Xi Throws In The Towel And Concedes
'Amazing and productive' Love how they tell us that this would never work. Slowly but surly and step, by step. We will have fair trade deals with the entire world. One more piece of good news from all of this: “Additionally, China has also agreed to label the opioid fentanyl as a controlled substance, making anyone who sells fentanyl to the U.S. subjected to harsher penalties under Chinese law. The labeling will help the federal government as it fights an historic death rate from opioid overdose.” Politadick |

Rain, snow and an already slow commute Road and lane closures
continue on Monday as recovery and repair work from Friday's earthquake
move forward. Rain and snow are moving in overnight and could complicate
the morning commute.
On top of the earthquake damage, Anchorage and the Matanuska Valley
could see between 3 and 6 inches of snow, with the Susitna Valley seeing
more. Mother Nature said that us Alaskans didn’t freak out enough from Friday. Drive safe tomorrow and leave early. Just another day in Paradise! Politadick |

For those of you making your commuting decisions for the morning: Here
are the detours that are still in place at Mirror Lake and the Eagle
River Loop Bridge: At
Mirror Lake inbound traffic is being routed onto outbound lanes (one
lane each direction). At the Eagle River bridges, all lanes are expected
to be open by Monday morning, however, the Briggs Bridge on Eagle River
Loop is closed, so anyone who usually uses that bridge will be routed to
the Glenn Highway bridges. Full DOT update here: https://bit.ly/2DZ3wXf
Good to know if you have to go on the Glenn highway. Politadick |
