Theft
All the Scuttlebutt today was about how they are going to pass SB 26,
the POMV restructure without a Constitutional Amendment. (They have tied
the forward funding
of Education to this Bill.) We will have 90 days after the end of the
session to collect over 40,000 signatures to put this Bill on the next
available ballot. The Division of Elections will provide us with
official booklets to collect the signatures of registered voters. We
will repeal SB 26, its POMV restructure, and it's 30/70 split of the
Fund's earnings. Will you be a signature collector ? Respond to this
post, or send me a PM. This law will not go unchallenged !
We need your help Alaskans.... The manipulative games being played in
Juneau needs 3/4 of Alaskan’s to do the right thing and take action!

With help from some of the other Power Hungry Democrats.... We have
finally passed a Net Neutrality Bill out of committee. Our intentions
are to control what Alaskans will be able to do and make our Government
Grow and Spend More Money.
Please ignore that the most powerful of the internet providers are not
against this bill coming out. They know it will force any of the smaller
providers out of ever getting bigger, helping them keep their
monopoly they have here in Alaska.
Also this will
give us much needed control over what you will be able to do in the
future. We here in Juneau know better then you do what your rights
are. That’s why we like passing things that gives us more control
over them.

We are getting so tired of the Three Branches of Gov getting
intertwined....the Executive branch is working with Legislative
leadership keeping almost every legislator
in the dark. A representative from the Governors office said he could
not tell us what the Gov would call us back for on a special session
proclamation but he is trying to get the Gov bills passed. He told us to
get our work done but refused to tell us why they are holding us up. I
find this so amazing because there are 60 of us in the Legislative
Branch trying to get out of here. Many feel the Gov needs to manage his
Executive branch which is 95% of the budget and run his departments and
quit trying to run the Legislative Branch! If we do not do what he wants
-rumor has it a at a minimum the POMV PFD cap vote, 1 billion minimum
receipt authority for the gas line, some minimal improvements on SB91 &
gun protective orders for political posturing (the crime bill he
foolishly signed) and bonds on the oil and gas credits among other
things or we will be called back. Really most of us are in the dark and
all of us are running on rumors in tense circumstances ready to be back
in our districts.
Getting to the point I don’t even want to look.... The news being shared
from Juneau makes this Alaskan want to cry...... Politadick |
