Now they give teacher pay raises, so that the unions paychecks keep
growing as they take it away from them for the dues...
Healthcare costs keep rising, raising their costs even higher to run..

run with only 10 students in the whole school and each one takes 6
state employees to run them...
Located in places
that pay no taxes because they don't work, due to no jobs where they
live... (except for the 6 it takes to run the school)
