Rural Alaska has been the step-child within the Republican Party for too
long. It is the immediate thought that rural Alaskans vote across the
board Democrat with
a few stragglers voting otherwise... well, in the 2016 General Election
more rural Alaskans voted for a non-Democrat candidate in the
Presidential Election. According to the Division of Elections only
17,101 voted for Clinton and 14,428 voted for now President Donald
Trump. These 5 Districts (35, 36, 37, 38, 39 and 40) were within 2,600
votes apart. If you take the number of voters that didn't vote for
Clinton in these same districts the margin is fairly similar but with
1,900 votes less. The average turnout in these districts was 54%. So
with that all being said... We need Republican Candidates to be running
for office in these Districts. There is a strategy to doing so... Let's
think outside of the box and not allow any seat go uncontested.
Time to find people that will put ALL Alaskans first and not the Swamp

wholesale prices is good for consumers because the retail price of
marijuana also is dropping. But some retailers say prices in general
have gone from $20 or more per gram to about $18 per gram.
The
tax on marijuana sold to retailers by the growers remains $50 per ounce.
That's $800 per pound for marijuana bud and $260 per pound for the rest
of the plant.
They tax them for everything but the dirt..... Even if it not sold to
anyone and is destroyed. Taxes should only be charged on what they
sell and then you would find the prices will drop dramatically.
